G.B. Lobster is a restaurant located in downtown, Savannah, GA that brings excitement and authenticity to seafood lovers in the South. Just off the tourist footpath, this restaurant provides a small, to-the-point menu that is focused on serving high quality and budget friendly lobster rolls. This project was completed in collaboration with interior designer Hyebin Lim and was pitched to the restaurant owner, aiming to take G.B. Lobter to the next level.

To curate a positive atmosphere for G.B. Lobster, we developed a consistent environment and identity system that caters to the goals of the restaurant and it’s customers. Highlighting the restaurant’s authenticity, we focused on the owner’s mission to create an uplifting seafood experience that not only serves top quality food, but facilitates an enjoyable experience among all guests. The entirety of the environment creates a unique atmosphere  that is both rustic and eclectic, integrating modern and classic elements with an nautical twist.
